Made to order, not mass produced

We don't keep warehouses of stock. Your piece is cut, joined and finished after you order it, which is why we can change sizes, fabric and finish for you.

  1. Choose your piece

Pick fabric and wood finish online, or bring swatches home from the studio.

  2. Sized to your room

Need it 10 cm shorter for the alcove? Tell us. No extra charge for size changes.

  3. Crafted in 3–5 weeks

Our 38 carpenters join, sand and oil every piece by hand. We send you workshop photos along the way.

  4. Delivered & assembled

A two-person team carries it up, assembles it and takes the packaging away.

Solid sheesham dining table and chairs in a bright room

A workshop, not a warehouse

Arbor & Ash started in 2013 as a three-person carpentry shop off Hosur Road, making beds for friends who couldn't find anything that wasn't flat-pack or fussy.

Today 38 craftsmen work from the same yard. We still buy timber in logs, season it ourselves and sign the underside of every frame. Our studio on 100 Feet Road is where you can sit on everything before you order.

From homes we've furnished

“They made our sofa 12 cm narrower to fit the bay window. It arrived in four weeks, assembled in forty minutes.”

Ananya R., HSR Layout

“The dining table has survived two kids, Diwali parties and one very determined toddler with a fork.”

Karthik & Meera, Whitefield

“The designer visited, measured, and talked us out of a sectional we didn't need. That's rare.”

Farhan S., Jayanagar
